A school was staging a dramatic production and had produced a programme to sell during performances. The best print price they could find was with an online printer, but the school became a victim of its own success when the programmes ran out half-way through the week.
The school couldn’t go back to their online printer, because the lead time was 2 weeks. So they came to us – could we help?
We could. Not only did we turn the job around in 24 hours, but our determined team stayed late to make sure we didn’t disappoint. We delivered the programmes personally, in our own van: the driver was at the school, with the required number of perfectly printed programmes, 15 minutes before the doors opened.
And on top of all that, our price was only slightly (5% higher) than the online printer – but with much faster lead-times and superb customer service.
