We out-performed a well-established print broker
For 5 years, a retailer was using a friend of one of its employees to do all of its print-broking. He was doing a great job, but it was costing the business quite a bit.
Then one of our contacts from a different company changed jobs, and went to work for that retailer, and he began to call us in on a few jobs here and there.
Gradually, our lower prices, our exceptional customer support and our print-management expertise began to get noticed more widely within the company. Today, we print virtually everything that gets used in their stores: till-rolls, balloons, packaging, POS, handbooks, stickers, swing-tickets, NCR pads, stationery and window vinyls. You name it, we print it. And we handle all the data-specific print, too.
We do 2 major print runs for this retailer every month. Once a fortnight, we do a round-robin drop to all of their 60 their stores across the UK, making sure each one has everything it needs within 48 hours of the print rolling off our presses.
